Post-Graduation Program In Leadership Excellence (PGPLE)  

Purpose:

The PGPLE is based on a series of hands-on experiences as well as lectures sessions, group discussions & interactive sessions, workshops, management games, role-playing sessions & more! Pre-requisite skills for leadership excellence like developing LSRW skills (effective listening and communication), presentation skills, team building exercises, assertiveness, creative thinking, innovativeness and problem solving skills are developed. The would-be managers will get to learn the technical skills, emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities required to be a leader. The specialization in HR, Finance & Marketing shall be offered form the third Semester onwards.

All students of the MBA Program of BIMS shall automatically go through the Post-Graduation Program in Leadership Excellence (PGPLE), which is a unique program which aims for holistic development of the students.

  • The course focuses on dual specialization alongwith MBA
  • The PGPLE will foster the spirit of excellence and leadership in the respective domain knowledge of HR/Finance/ Marketing
  • The PGPLE will foster learning through interactive sessions, case discussions, workshops and group discussion sessions in addition to interactive class room teaching
  • The PGPLE programme shall focus on effective listening and communication, presentation, team building, assertiveness, innovativeness, problem solving skills & enhancing domain knowledge
  • The programme will enable students for doing their SWOT Analysis effectively & work on their weaknesses
  • The experiential projects during he PGPLE shall enable students to integrate the learnt concepts in the core subjects and to apply the appropriate soft-skills in developing industry specific expertise.
